Postage in the UK will take 1-3 days (first class post)
International postage will take 1-3 weeks depending on what part of the world you are located and which shipping option you choose.
All items purchased before 3pm (GMT) are dispatched the same day. All items purchased after 3pm will be posted the following day.

Yes. Please send and email requesting a trade account application form. Once we have reviewed your application, we will then send out our local area representative to discuss what we can offer your company and answer any questions you might have.

Please contact us with details of your purchase ( name , address , date of purchase etc. You will then be emailed a paid for postage label to print off and use to return the item. Simply take the item to your local post office and once we have received the item, you will be fully refunded.
Items must be returned in the same condition they are received. (undamaged)

If orders are not delivered, please contact us and we will send out a replacement item.
We will not refund items that are lost in the post. We will always send out a replacement to cover the original item that was lost.
