Shared fixing references: Quantities in the table are supplied once for the stated fitting group. Repeated part references at different covers do not mean extra unlisted bolts are included.

The item numbers refer to the original engine-cover, sump drawings. The references identify original Triumph components, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement bolts, not genuine Triumph-branded parts.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: For Triumph Daytona 765 Moto2 Limited Edition 2020 with the original covers and fixing arrangement listed above. Original Daytona 765 Moto2 Limited Edition cover arrangement for the stated model years.
• Verify before fitting: Match the original fixing references and cover positions. Registration dates, engine capacity or a similar model name alone do not establish compatibility. Aftermarket covers may require different hardware.
• Defined scope: The contents table defines this kit. Cam-cover bolts, crankcase-half joining bolts, internal pump fixings, breather-cover bolts, coolant-return elbow bolts, decorative cover or badge fixings and cable-bracket bolts are not supplied.
• Exclusions: Casings, covers, gaskets, seals, locating dowels, drain plugs and drain bolts, sump guards and internal engine components are not included.
• Photographs: Hardware photographs may be generic. Use the listed contents, quantities and fitting positions when ordering.

Model-specific aftermarket replacements

The kit groups replacement motorcycle engine cover bolts by their intended original mounting locations. Keep the clutch cover bolts, alternator cover bolts and sump casing fixings separate during fitting. A shared Triumph part number can occur at several positions; the table states the total supplied for each listed group.

Materials and head style: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. See the hardware photographs for their appearance. Stainless steel describes the material and does not by itself establish mechanical-strength equivalence to every original fastener.

When should you replace engine cover bolts?

• Damaged heads or threads: Inspect worn fasteners and the threads in the casing before selecting replacements.
• Missing fixings: Match each original location and reference rather than substituting an unrelated bolt.
• Cover servicing: Check the fixings, sealing faces and cover condition while accessible.

New bolts cannot repair cracked covers, stripped threads or distorted sealing faces. Identify the cause of looseness or leakage before reassembly.

Fitting information

• Preparation: Work on a securely supported, cool motorcycle and follow Triumph’s workshop procedure for the exact model and cover.
• Correct positions: Organise the original bolt locations, match each replacement and start bolts by hand. Do not use a bolt to pull a misaligned cover into place.
• Sealing and fluids: Preserve the specified locating and sealing arrangements. Renew disturbed gaskets or seals, drain and refill fluids, and check for leaks as required by Triumph.
• Tightening and compounds: Follow the specified torque, sequence and thread condition. Use anti-seize only where appropriate; the included pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
• Final checks: Confirm secure assembly and leak-free operation. Have uncertain engine work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.

Before fitting, read our guide to fitting stainless steel motorcycle bolts. Triumph’s workshop instructions take precedence.

Does this kit contain gaskets or drain plugs?

No. It supplies the listed replacement bolts and anti-seize pack. Covers, gaskets, seals, dowels, drain plugs and drain bolts are not supplied.

Will a kit for another engine of the same capacity fit?

Check the exact model, generation and original cover references. Similar engine capacity does not establish identical covers or bolt allocation.
