Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: For Honda CB650F 2014–2016 with the matching original handlebar control mounting points.
• Verify before fitting: Check the exact year, variant and original components. Modified assemblies may require different fasteners.
• Aftermarket parts: These are replacement components, not genuine Honda-branded hardware.
• Exclusions: Controls, levers, lever pivot bolts, hydraulic banjo bolts, handlebars and handlebar/yoke clamp bolts are not included.

Original Honda part references

• 90131-MJE-D00 — Original clutch holder/bracket fixing.
• 90508-MGS-D30 — Original switchgear housing fixing.
• 93500-05022-0G — Original switchgear housing fixing.
• 93500-05022-0G — Original separate throttle housing fixing.

These references identify original Honda components, not Biker Bling SKUs. References for different years or positions are not additional supplied parts or proof of an official supersession. Confirm each fixing at its intended position.

Materials and head style: The replacement bolts are A2 (304) stainless steel. Their heads may look different from Honda’s originals. The material name alone does not establish mechanical-strength equivalence.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Rounded drive recesses: Worn heads can complicate control servicing.
• Damaged threads or missing fixings: Inspect the housing and bracket threads.
• Loose controls: Check their locating features, seating and mounting faces.

New bolts cannot repair a cracked housing, damaged bracket or stripped thread.

Fitting information

• Follow Honda’s separate mounting procedure for the brake holder, clutch bracket and switch or throttle housings.
• Seat the components correctly and keep wiring clear. Do not use bolts to pull misaligned parts together.
• Use fitting compounds only where the relevant procedure specifies them.
• Check brake and clutch operation, throttle return, switch functions and cable/hose clearance throughout steering movement before riding. Have uncertain controls checked by a qualified technician.

For general background, read our guide to protecting aluminium mounting threads. Honda’s workshop procedure takes precedence.

Customer questions

Are lever pivot bolts included?

No. These fasteners secure the listed holders and housings, not the lever pivots or hydraulic hoses.

Will it fit aftermarket controls?

Check the control manufacturer’s fastener requirements. Different master cylinders, brackets or switch housings may need other hardware.
