Important fitment notes
- For Triumph Daytona 675R 2013–2016 with the original rear sprocket-to-carrier mountings shown in the listing drawings.
- Check the exact motorcycle and original components before fitting. Modified or aftermarket assemblies may require different hardware.
- Rear sprocket, carrier, studs, drive chain, rear wheel and axle hardware are not included.
- The contents tables define the supplied hardware. Photographs illustrate the hardware style and fitting positions and may be generic.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement components for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify original components, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.
Materials and appearance: The supplied metal replacement fasteners are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the original Triumph hardware. Stainless material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged nuts: Inspect the nuts and stud threads when the sprocket is serviced.
- Worn tool flats: Replace damaged hardware that cannot be tightened correctly.
- Sprocket replacement: Check the carrier, studs and mounting faces before reassembly.
New nuts cannot repair damaged carrier studs, worn mounting holes, a cracked carrier or a worn chain and sprocket assembly.
Fitting information
Follow Triumph’s workshop procedure for sprocket seating, fastener specification, the required locking arrangement, thread condition, tightening order and torque. Material alone does not establish suitability for this drive-system fixing. Do not force a binding nut onto a damaged stud. Use thread treatments only where specified; the included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate these nuts. Check sprocket security, rear wheel assembly and chain adjustment before riding. Have damaged or uncertain fixings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general guidance, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
