Copper brake-line washers for the SC50
These washers are for the banjo-style connections in the front and rear brake hydraulic system on the Honda CBR900RR CBR954RR SC50 2002–2003. They provide replacement sealing washers when a compatible banjo joint is dismantled. The kit does not include banjo bolts or brake lines.
What you receive
- 10x copper brake-banjo washers.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
The ten washers are copper; they are not stainless steel. The anti-seize is a standard kit extra and should not be put on the hydraulic sealing surfaces or threads unless Honda’s procedure specifically instructs it.
Original Honda fixing references
| Fitting position / component | Supplied quantity | Original Honda fixing reference |
|---|---|---|
| Matching brake banjo sealing positions | 10x | 90545-300-000 |
These numbers identify the original Honda fixing positions, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied kit contains aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. Year-specific references describe alternatives for their stated years, not additional supplied parts.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects these aftermarket copper washers for the SC50 brake-line banjo sealing positions, with the critical fitting dimensions matched to the original Honda washer locations. They are not genuine Honda components.
When are new washers useful?
Replace a washer after separating its hydraulic joint, or if it is damaged, distorted or associated with a leak. New washers cannot correct a damaged banjo face, brake hose or threaded port.
Safe fitting of brake banjo washers
Keep the parts and brake fluid clean, fit washers in the Honda-specified arrangement and follow the workshop procedure for tightening and bleeding. Check every disturbed connection for leaks and confirm normal brake operation before riding. If you cannot confidently complete the brake work and inspection, have a qualified motorcycle technician do it. Our banjo bolt guide gives general background.
Customer questions
Are banjo bolts included?
No. This is a copper sealing washer kit with a separate anti-seize pack; bolts and hydraulic components are not included.
Where should I use the anti-seize compound?
Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
