Stainless Steel Single Banjo Bolt and Copper Washer Kit for CBR125R

This single-connection pack supplies a replacement hollow banjo bolt and two copper sealing washers for one matching hydraulic hose union on Honda CBR125R 2011–2014. It retains the hose eye fitting and provides passages for fluid flow. It is not a complete brake kit.

What you receive

• 1x stainless steel single banjo bolt.
• 2x copper sealing washers.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Fitment: Match the complete bolt, hose fitting and washer arrangement to the intended connection. A shared model name or apparently matching thread does not establish interchangeability at every hydraulic position.

Exclusions: hoses, master cylinders and callipers are not included. The bolts are stainless steel; the sealing washers are copper.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: For Honda CBR125R 2011–2014 with the original component arrangement described above. Check aftermarket or modified components before ordering.
• Aftermarket parts: These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
• Product photographs: Generic photographs illustrate the supplied style. Use the contents list for this kit’s scope.

Original Honda part references

• 90145-MS9-612 – Honda oil/banjo bolt listed at master-cylinder hose connections.
• 90545-300-000 – original Honda oil-bolt sealing washer.

These references identify Honda’s original components, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied parts are aftermarket replacements. Match each replacement to its intended position; a shared part number does not establish suitability at other mounting points.

When should you replace these fixings?

• A joint has been opened: Renew the sealing washers as required by Honda’s service procedure.
• Damaged hardware: Inspect bolt heads, threads, hose fittings and sealing faces before choosing replacements.
• A leaking connection: Identify the cause; new washers or bolts cannot repair a damaged hose fitting or sealing face.

Fitting information

• Follow Honda’s instructions for the exact connection, including washer placement, fastener specification, tightening, hydraulic fluid and bleeding.
• Keep the joint clean and protect painted surfaces from fluid spills. The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate banjo bolts or hydraulic sealing faces.
• Check every disturbed joint for leaks and confirm firm, normal brake operation before riding. Do not ride with a leak or abnormal lever/pedal feel; have uncertain work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.

Customer questions

Can these be used for two stacked hose fittings?

This kit is for matching single-banjo connections. Stacked hose fittings require a bolt and washer arrangement specifically confirmed for that application.

Does a banjo bolt replace a bleed fitting?

No. A banjo bolt retains a hose fitting and carries fluid through it. A bleed fitting performs a different job.
