Copper Brake Banjo Sealing Washer kit for CBR250R

This washer-only pack supplies copper sealing washers, also called banjo crush washers, for matching brake-hose fittings on Honda CBR250R 2011–2016. They seal the mating faces around a banjo connection and are not ordinary general-purpose flat washers.

What you receive

• 8x copper brake banjo sealing washers.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Fitment: Match the complete bolt, hose fitting and washer arrangement to the intended connection. A shared model name or apparently matching thread does not establish interchangeability at every hydraulic position.

Exclusions: Banjo bolts, hoses, master cylinders and callipers are not included. The washers are copper, not stainless steel.

• A joint has been opened: Renew the sealing washers as required by Honda’s service procedure.

• A leaking connection: Identify the cause; new washers or bolts cannot repair a damaged hose fitting or sealing face.

Fitting information

• Follow Honda’s instructions for the exact connection, including washer placement, fastener specification, tightening, hydraulic fluid and bleeding.
• Keep the joint clean and protect painted surfaces from fluid spills. The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate banjo bolts or hydraulic sealing faces.
