Stainless Steel Chain Adjuster Bolt kit for CBR400R NC29

Replacement stainless steel chain adjuster bolts and nuts for the original left and right rear-axle adjustment positions on Honda CBR400R NC29 1990–1994. The adjusters help position the rear axle for chain adjustment; they do not replace the axle, swingarm pivot or chain itself.

What you receive

• 2x A2 (304) stainless steel chain adjuster bolts – 1x per side.
• 2x A2 (304) stainless steel matching adjuster nuts.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Exclusions: Chain, sprockets, rear axle, swingarm and complete axle adjuster assemblies are not included. Check modified swingarms or replacement adjuster blocks against their own requirements.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: For Honda CBR400R NC29 1990–1994 with the original component arrangement described above. Check aftermarket or modified components before ordering.
• Aftermarket parts: These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
• Product photographs: Generic photographs illustrate the supplied style. Use the contents list for this kit’s scope.

Material and head style: The replacement fasteners are stainless steel and their heads may differ from Honda’s originals. Material alone does not establish the mechanical strength required for a mounting position.

Original Honda part references

• 90106-KS6-700 – original chain adjusting bolt (2 used).
• 94002-08000-0S – original chain adjuster nut (2 used).

These Honda references identify the original mounting components. The supplied parts are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. Match the correct fixing to its original position; alternative year references do not mean additional bolts are supplied.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Seized or rounded adjuster heads: Damaged hardware can make chain adjustment difficult.
• Damaged threads or nuts: Inspect the adjuster, locknuts and contact faces before reassembly.
• Chain servicing: Check both adjusters when setting chain slack and rear wheel alignment.

Fitting information

• Support the motorcycle and follow Honda’s chain-slack and wheel-alignment procedure for the exact model.
• Adjust both sides as specified and secure the axle and adjuster nuts in Honda’s required order. The adjuster bolts do not replace the axle clamping procedure.
• Use fitting compounds only where appropriate to the specified thread condition. Check alignment and chain movement after tightening.
