Stainless Steel Footrest Hanger Bolt kit for CBR400R NC23

Replacement mounting bolts for the original rider and pillion footrest hanger brackets on Honda CBR400R NC23 1986–1987. These secure the brackets to the motorcycle; they are not footpeg pivot bolts, heel-plate fixings or exhaust mounting hardware.

• A loose hanger: Check the bracket, mounting faces and frame threads together. New bolts cannot repair a cracked hanger or stripped thread.

Fitting information

• Footrest brackets support the rider and passenger. Follow Honda’s fastener specification, bracket positioning and tightening procedure.
• Align the mounting faces before starting the bolts by hand; do not pull a misaligned bracket into place with a bolt.
• Use compounds only where specified. Have damaged brackets, threads or uncertain replacement specifications inspected before riding.
