Brake and Clutch Banjo Bolt and Copper Washer Kit for Honda VFR750F

This aftermarket pack supplies hollow banjo bolts and copper sealing washers for the hose unions listed below. The bolts retain the hose fittings while allowing hydraulic fluid to pass through the connections. Browse the matching Honda VFR750F 1994–1997 fastener range.

What you receive

• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

• 7x stainless steel banjo bolts for the fitting positions listed below.
• 14x copper sealing washers.

The contents and allocation above follow the stated original Biker Bling pack. Match each bolt to its intended joint; the supplied bolts are not necessarily interchangeable. Factory junctions, stacked fittings and modified hose layouts must be checked separately.

Photographs may show generic bolt examples; use the contents list and fitting positions for the supplied kit.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: Listed for Honda VFR750F 1994–1997 with the listed hydraulic hose connections.
• Verify before installing: Match the exact motorcycle, original components and fitting arrangement. Modified assemblies may need different fasteners.
• Aftermarket parts: These are model-specific aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
• Exclusions: Hoses, master cylinders, clutch slave units, callipers and other hydraulic components are not included. Connections outside the table are not included.

Original Honda part references

• 90145-MS9-612 — original Honda single oil/banjo bolt at matching connections.
• 90545-300-000 — original Honda oil-bolt sealing washer.

These references identify original Honda components, not Biker Bling product codes. Year-specific alternatives are not extra kit contents or proof of an official supersession. Match the original part and mounting position before fitting.

Model-specific aftermarket replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacements for the listed hydraulic hose connections. The cross-reference does not establish suitability for unrelated mounting points.

Materials and head style: The sealing washers are copper and the banjo bolts are stainless steel.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Hydraulic servicing: Renew the specified sealing washers when a joint is dismantled.
• Damaged hardware: Inspect worn heads, threads, hose fittings and sealing faces before selecting replacements.
• A leaking joint: Identify the cause; additional tightening is not a substitute for repairing damaged parts.

Replacement hardware cannot repair damaged hose fittings, sealing faces or hydraulic components.

Fitting information

• Follow Honda’s workshop procedure for the exact connection, including washer placement, fastener specification, tightening, fluid and bleeding.
• Keep the connection clean and protect paintwork from fluid spills. Do not use general-purpose washers in hydraulic sealing positions.
• Use thread compounds only where specified. Keep grease and anti-seize out of hydraulic passages and away from sealing faces.
• Check every disturbed joint for leaks and confirm correct brake and clutch operation before riding. Have uncertain work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
