- Check the exact model and original components before installation. Aftermarket or modified assemblies may require different hardware.

- Photographs illustrate the hardware and fitting positions. The contents table defines the actual supplied quantities.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacements for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the originals. Material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect the mounting bolts during brake-unit servicing.
- Damaged threads: Check both the fasteners and bracket threads before reassembly.
- Loose unit mounting: Inspect the bracket, seating and associated components as well as the bolts.
Replacement mounting bolts cannot repair a leaking master cylinder, damaged piston or seals, cracked bracket or stripped mounting thread.
Fitting information
Follow Triumph’s procedure for positioning the rear master cylinder, fastener specification, thread condition and tightening torque. Do not use a bolt to force misaligned mountings together. Apply anti-seize only where specified. After fitting, check the unit is secure, the brake pedal operates and returns correctly, hoses are not strained and there are no fluid leaks. If hydraulic connections are disturbed, follow the required fluid and bleeding procedure. Have uncertain brake work checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general guidance, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
