Important fitment notes
- For Triumph Daytona 650 2005 with the original headlight mounting positions shown in the listing drawings.
- Check the exact motorcycle and original components before fitting. Modified or aftermarket assemblies may require different hardware.
- Headlight, mounting brackets, supporting rubbers, wiring and fairing panels are not included.
- The contents tables define the supplied hardware. Photographs illustrate the hardware style and fitting positions and may be generic.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement components for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify original components, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.
Materials and appearance: The supplied metal replacement fasteners are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the original Triumph hardware. Stainless material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or marked heads: Inspect the mounting hardware during headlight servicing.
- Damaged threads or washers: Check both side mounts and their supporting parts.
- Headlight adjustment: Inspect bracket alignment and mounting rubbers before refitting.
Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked headlight brackets, damaged threads or worn mounting rubbers.
Fitting information
Support the headlight and match each fixing to its original position. Follow Triumph’s instructions for washer placement, mounting alignment, thread condition and tightening. Do not use bolts to pull a distorted bracket into place. Apply anti-seize only where appropriate. After fitting, confirm the headlight is secure, check the beam aim and verify the wiring is not pinched or strained through steering movement.
For general guidance, read our stainless steel motorcycle bolt fitting guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
