• Check the exact motorcycle and original components before fitting. Modified or aftermarket assemblies may require different hardware.
• Yokes, forks, axle, wheel, steering stem nuts, axle retaining hardware, handlebars and brake calliper mounting bolts are not included.

Materials and appearance: The supplied metal replacement fasteners are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the original Triumph hardware. Stainless material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect the pinch bolts during front wheel servicing.
• Worn threads or missing hardware: Check the fixings and fork clamp threads before reassembly.
• Wheel or fork maintenance: Inspect the axle holders whenever the assembly is disturbed.

Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked axle holders, stripped fork threads or an incorrectly seated spindle.

Fitting information

Support the motorcycle securely and follow Triumph’s procedures for fork position, yoke alignment, axle seating, tightening order, torque and thread condition at each location. Separate the bolt groups before fitting; do not assume that every clamp uses the same fastener or tightening procedure. Do not use a bolt to force a misaligned assembly into position. Apply compounds only where specified. Check secure assembly, wheel alignment and rotation, free steering movement and normal brake operation before riding. Have uncertain or damaged mountings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.

Are handlebar clamp bolts included?

No. The supplied positions are the yoke and axle clamps and fork shrouds listed in the table; handlebar hardware is separate.

Are front axle pinch bolts included?

Yes. This combined kit includes 4x front axle pinch bolts, alongside the other listed fixing groups and one anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
