Model-specific aftermarket replacements
When comparing front mudguard or front fender bolt kits, check the fixing locations, quantities and original references. This kit separates the 4x T3330312 and 2x T3330941 replacement groups and supplies nylon washers for all 6x non-shouldered bolts. These are aftermarket stainless steel replacements, not genuine Triumph-branded parts. The references identify the original Triumph components.
When should you replace the front mudguard bolts?
- Damaged heads or threads: Inspect both the bolt and its mounting before selecting a replacement.
- Missing hardware: Use the correct fixing for the illustrated position.
- Mudguard servicing: Check the panel, mounting points and supporting components while accessible.
Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked panels, stripped threads or distorted brackets. Identify the cause of looseness before reassembly.
Fitting information
- Positioning: Match each bolt group to diagram item (4) or (5), with the supplied nylon washers at the non-shouldered bolt positions.
- Alignment: Align the mudguard with its original mounting points and start the bolts by hand. Do not pull a misaligned panel into place with a bolt.
- Tightening: Follow Triumph’s procedure for the exact fixing, including tightening and thread condition. The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
- Final checks: Confirm the mudguard is secure and has the required clearance from the tyre, wheel and brake hoses before riding.
