Important fitment notes
- Compatibility: For Triumph Trophy 900 1991–2002 with the matching original mounting arrangement.
- For the original Trophy 900/1200 fork and yoke arrangements appropriate to this model. Triumph lists T3051032 and T3050073 across VIN-specific diagrams; they identify alternative original references for the same listed mounting allocation, not extra supplied bolts. Match the original assembly if forks or yokes have been replaced.
- Check before ordering: Match the original assembly and fixing references, especially if components have been modified or replaced.
- Exclusions: The spindle, axle retaining bolt, front wheel, forks, yoke bolts and brake calliper mounting bolts are not included.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the original positions identified in the table. The Triumph references identify the original hardware being replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket components, not genuine Triumph-branded parts.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their heads may look different from Triumph’s originals. Stainless steel describes the material; it does not by itself establish equivalent mechanical strength.
The photographs are generic examples of the supplied hardware style. Refer to the contents table for the actual kit quantity and mounting allocation; pictured assemblies are not included.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect worn hardware before removal and refitting.
- Damaged threads or missing bolts: Check the original mounting threads and supporting components before replacing a fixing.
- During component servicing: Keep each bolt group with its original position and inspect the mounting faces before reassembly.
New bolts cannot repair a cracked axle holder, stripped fork threads or an incorrectly seated spindle.
Fitting information
Support the motorcycle securely and follow Triumph’s exact procedure for axle seating, wheel alignment, tightening sequence, torque and specified thread condition. Use thread treatments only where the procedure specifies them; the supplied anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate these fixings. Before riding, confirm secure assembly and correct wheel, steering and brake operation. Have uncertain or damaged mountings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general background, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
