Footrest Hanger / Footpeg Bracket Bolt Kit for TT600

8x stainless steel replacement bolts for the four original rider and pillion footrest hanger brackets: 2x bolts per bracket. This is a hanger mounting kit, separate from the footrest pads, pivots and brake hardware. Designed for the Triumph TT600 2000–2002.

Important fitment notes

• For the four original rider and pillion footrest hanger mountings, with 2x bolts per bracket. This kit excludes the separate footrest-pad retaining bolts, footrest pivots and rear brake master-cylinder fixings. Verified model years are 2000–2002.
• Check the exact motorcycle and original assembly. Aftermarket or modified components may require different hardware.
• Footrests, hangers, heel plates, footrest-pad retaining bolts, pivots, rear brake master-cylinder bolts and other brake hardware are not included.

Model-specific aftermarket replacements

Biker Bling selects replacement fasteners for the listed original mounting positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.

Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their head appearance may differ from the originals. Stainless material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Corroded or rounded heads: Inspect the hardware during footrest hanger removal.
• Damaged threads or missing bolts: Check all four bracket mountings and the original threads.
• Footrest servicing: Inspect the hanger, mounting faces and supporting hardware before refitting.

Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked hangers, worn footrest pivots, stripped mounting threads or damaged frame mountings.

Fitting information

These mountings support the rider and passenger. Follow Triumph’s procedure for the required fastener specification, bracket positioning, supporting hardware, tightening and thread condition. Align mounting faces before starting bolts by hand; do not pull a misaligned bracket into place with a bolt. Apply compounds only where specified. Where the rear brake master-cylinder mounting is disturbed, check its security, pedal movement and normal brake operation. Confirm all brackets are secure before riding and have damaged or uncertain mountings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.

Does this cover the rider and pillion hangers?

Yes. There are 2x bolts for each of the four original hanger brackets, giving 8x bolts in total, plus one anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Are the footrest-pad retaining bolts included?

No. Those are separate from the eight hanger-to-motorcycle mounting bolts supplied here.
