Important fitment notes
- For Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS 2021–2026 with the matching original components and fixing positions listed above.
- Check the exact motorcycle, original reference and mounting arrangement before fitting. Modified or aftermarket components may require different hardware.
- Casings, covers, gaskets, seals, locating dowels, drain plugs and internal engine fasteners are not included. This is the listed cover-mounting kit, not a complete engine rebuild kit.
- Photographs illustrate hardware style and fitting positions and may be generic. The contents list and table define the supplied quantities.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the listed original mounting positions. The Triumph references identify the original components, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Triumph-branded parts.
Materials and appearance: The replacement bolts are stainless steel. The supplied appearance may differ from the original Triumph hardware. Stainless material alone does not establish mechanical-strength equivalence.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Damaged heads or threads: Inspect worn fixings and their mounting threads before selecting replacements.
- Missing hardware: Match the original position and reference rather than substituting an unrelated bolt.
- During servicing: Inspect the supporting components while the fixings are accessible.
Replacement hardware cannot repair cracked components, stripped threads or distorted mounting faces. Identify the cause of looseness or leakage before reassembly.
Fitting information
Work on a securely supported, cool motorcycle and follow Triumph’s procedure for each cover. Keep the bolt groups separated and match each original location before installation. Preserve the required locating and sealing arrangements, replace disturbed seals or gaskets as specified, and start bolts by hand. Follow the specified tightening order, torque and thread condition; use anti-seize only where appropriate. If a fluid-containing cover is disturbed, follow the required drain, refill and leak-check procedures. Have uncertain engine work checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general background, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
