Replacement hardware cannot repair cracked components, stripped threads or distorted mounting faces. Identify the cause of looseness or leakage before reassembly.

Fitting information

Keep dirt and loose hardware away from the open tank. Match the bolts to their original cap positions and follow Triumph’s cap assembly, seal and tightening instructions. Use thread treatments only where specified. Check that the cap closes and locks normally and that the assembly is correctly seated before use.
