Important fitment notes
- For Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS 2021–2026 with the matching original components and fixing positions listed above.
- Check the exact motorcycle, original reference and mounting arrangement before fitting. Modified or aftermarket components may require different hardware.
- Brake hoses, ABS unit, master cylinders, callipers and bleed screws are not included. This kit is not a replacement for a damaged hose fitting or hydraulic component.
- Photographs illustrate hardware style and fitting positions and may be generic. The contents list and table define the supplied quantities.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the listed original mounting positions. The Triumph references identify the original components, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Triumph-branded parts.
Materials and appearance: The replacement bolts are stainless steel; hydraulic sealing washers are copper. The supplied appearance may differ from the original Triumph hardware. Stainless material alone does not establish mechanical-strength equivalence.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Damaged heads or threads: Inspect worn fixings and their mounting threads before selecting replacements.
- Missing hardware: Match the original position and reference rather than substituting an unrelated bolt.
- During servicing: Inspect the supporting components while the fixings are accessible.
Replacement hardware cannot repair cracked components, stripped threads or distorted mounting faces. Identify the cause of looseness or leakage before reassembly.
Fitting information
Brake hydraulic work requires the exact connection, washer arrangement, fastener specification, tightening instruction, fluid and bleeding procedure. Match each bolt and fitting to the original assembly; do not assume one washer on each side describes every joint in the system. Keep open connections clean. The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate banjo bolts or hydraulic sealing faces. Confirm leak-free joints and normal brake operation before riding. Have uncertain hydraulic work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.

Customer questions
Why are there 20 washers with eight bolts?
The original hydraulic layout uses different joint arrangements; do not allocate washers by assuming two per bolt. Follow the workshop arrangement at each connection.
Does every model year use all eight bolts?
No. Triumph lists eight bolts and 20 washers for the earlier layout, and seven bolts and 18 washers from VIN CD3148. This retail kit supplies eight bolts and 20 washers; the later layout leaves one bolt and two washers unused.
Does a banjo bolt replace a bleed screw?
No. A banjo bolt retains a hydraulic hose fitting and carries fluid through it. A bleed screw is a separate component.
