Carburettor Float Bowl Bolt Kit for Honda CRF125F

This replacement bolt kit is for the original carburettor cover positions listed in the contents table on the Honda CRF125F 2014–2016. It supplies cover fixings, not carburettor tuning or repair components.

What you receive

• 3x A2 (304) stainless steel bolts for float-bowl bolts.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Photographs illustrate the bolt style and may be generic. The contents list defines the supplied quantities.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: For Honda CRF125F 2014–2016 with the original component arrangement described above.
• Check before fitting: Verify the exact year, variant and original mounting positions. Aftermarket assemblies or modified fittings may require different hardware.
• Aftermarket parts: These are Biker Bling replacement components, not genuine Honda-branded parts.
• Exclusions: Carburettor, jets, adjustment needles, seals, gaskets, float and throttle cables are not included.

Original Honda fixing references

These references identify the original Honda fixings, not Biker Bling product codes. Where more than one reference is listed for a position, they describe original year or variant alternatives, not additional supplied bolts or an asserted supersession.

Model-specific aftermarket replacements: Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the original positions listed above. Match each to its intended location; the reference does not establish suitability at another mounting point.

The original throttle cap is threaded; this kit supplies the float-bowl fixing bolts, not a replacement throttle cap.

Materials and head style: The replacement fasteners are A2 (304) stainless steel. Bolt heads may look different from Honda’s originals; see the product photographs.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Damaged drive recesses can make float-bowl removal difficult.
• Inspect corroded or damaged threads before reassembly.
• Check cover fasteners and seals when the carburettor is serviced.

New cover bolts cannot repair a cracked carburettor body, distorted cover or failed gasket.

Fitting information

Work in a clean area away from ignition sources and follow Honda’s carburettor service procedure. Match the bolts to the listed covers, seat the seals correctly and tighten evenly to the specified procedure. Keep fitting compounds and debris away from fuel passages. Check for fuel leaks and correct throttle operation before use.

Use anti-seize or other thread treatments only where the applicable fitting instructions specify them; the included pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.

For general background, read our stainless steel motorcycle bolt fitting guide. Honda’s exact workshop procedure takes precedence.
