Important fitment notes

- Check the exact model and original components before installation. Aftermarket or modified assemblies may require different hardware.

- Photographs illustrate the hardware and fitting positions. The contents table defines the actual supplied quantities.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacements for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the originals. Material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect the fasteners during front mudguard removal.
- Missing bolts: Check all four intended mounting positions are complete.
- Mudguard servicing: Inspect the mounting holes, brackets and supporting parts before refitting.
New bolts cannot repair a cracked mudguard, distorted stay or stripped mounting thread.
Fitting information
Support and align the mudguard and brackets before starting the bolts by hand. Retain the required original supporting parts and follow Triumph’s tightening and thread-treatment instructions. Do not use a bolt to pull a distorted stay or panel into place. Use anti-seize only where appropriate. Check the mudguard is secure and has the required tyre and brake-hose clearance before riding.
For general guidance, read our guide to fitting motorcycle fairing bolts without damaging panels. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
