- Check the exact model and original components before installation. Aftermarket or modified assemblies may require different hardware.
- Brake and clutch controls, switchgear housings, reservoir cap, diaphragm, lever pivots, handlebar mounting bolts and hydraulic banjo bolts are not included.
- Photographs illustrate the hardware and fitting positions. The contents table defines the actual supplied quantities.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacements for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the originals. Material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Damaged control fixings: Worn heads can complicate control removal and correct tightening.
- Corroded reservoir-cap bolts: Inspect the cap, diaphragm and fixing threads before refitting.
- Switchgear servicing: Check housing threads and locating features when controls are removed.
Replacement bolts cannot repair a cracked switch housing, damaged clamp, distorted reservoir cap or leaking hydraulic component.
Fitting information
Match each replacement to its listed control position. Follow Triumph’s instructions for clamp positioning, housing alignment, tightening and thread condition. Do not overtighten switchgear housings or use bolts to force misaligned parts together. When the reservoir cap is removed, keep dirt and moisture out, protect paint from brake-fluid spills and seat the diaphragm correctly. Use anti-seize only where specified. After fitting, check control security, free steering movement and normal throttle return; inspect the reservoir closure for leaks before riding.
For general guidance, read our stainless steel motorcycle bolt fitting guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
