Oil Cooler Mounting Bolt Kit for Bonneville & T100

3x stainless steel replacement bolts for the original oil cooler mounting positions shown in the listing drawing. Also described as oil radiator mounting bolts, they retain the cooler rather than sealing its oil-line connections. Designed for the Triumph Bonneville & T100 2002–2008 (Carbs).

• For Triumph Bonneville & T100 2002–2008 carburettor models with the original oil cooler mountings shown in the listing drawing.
• Check the exact model and original components before installation. Aftermarket or modified assemblies may require different hardware.
• The oil cooler, brackets, mounting rubbers, spacers, oil hoses, unions and sealing washers are not included. These are not oil-line banjo bolts.
• Photographs illustrate the hardware and fitting positions. The contents table defines the actual supplied quantities.

Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the originals. Material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Corroded or marked heads: Inspect the bolts when servicing the cooler mounting.
• Damaged threads: Check the hardware and mounting threads before reassembly.
• Loose cooler mounting: Inspect the supporting brackets, rubbers and spacers as well as the bolts.

New mounting bolts cannot repair a leaking cooler, damaged oil hose, cracked bracket or deteriorated mounting rubber.

Fitting information

Support the cooler and follow Triumph’s procedure for mounting alignment, retaining the original supporting parts, thread condition and tightening. Do not use a bolt to force a misaligned bracket into place. Apply anti-seize only where specified and keep compounds away from oil-line sealing surfaces. Check the cooler is secure and that hoses are not strained after assembly. If oil connections are disturbed, follow the relevant sealing and leak-check procedure.

Does this kit include oil hose bolts or seals?

No. It supplies 3x cooler mounting bolts and one anti-seize compound pack (7 g). Oil hose unions and sealing components are not included.

Can these bolts fix an oil cooler leak?

No. A leak needs the cooler, hoses and connection seals inspected separately.
