Single Banjo Bolt and Copper Washer Kit for Honda CBR1000F
This individual replacement pack supplies one hollow banjo bolt and two copper sealing washers for one matching hydraulic hose union. It is not a complete brake or clutch kit. Browse the matching Honda CBR1000F 1993–1999 fastener range.
What you receive
- 1x stainless steel banjo bolt.
- 2x copper sealing washers.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
| Fitting position / component | Quantity / allocation |
|---|---|
| Matching single-banjo connection | 1x bolt and 2x washers |
| Anti-seize compound pack | 1x (7 g) |
Match the original reference and complete fitting arrangement before ordering. Apparently matching threads do not make all hydraulic positions interchangeable.
Photographs illustrate the hardware and may be generic. Use the contents list and fitting positions for the supplied kit.
Important fitment notes
- Compatibility: Listed for Honda CBR1000F 1993–1999 with one matching original single-banjo connection.
- Verify before ordering or fitting: Match the exact year, variant, original components and fixing arrangement. Modified assemblies may require different hardware.
- Variant check: The CBR1000F linked-brake system has additional hydraulic joints and different banjo arrangements. This pack covers only its stated allocation; it is not a complete Dual Combined Brake System service kit.
- Aftermarket parts: These are Biker Bling replacement components, not genuine Honda-branded parts.
- Exclusions: Hoses, master cylinders, callipers and other hydraulic components are not included. This is not a stacked double-banjo bolt kit.
Original Honda part references
- 90145-MS9-612 — original Honda oil/banjo bolt at matching single-hose connections.
- 90545-300-000 — original Honda oil-bolt sealing washer.
These numbers identify original Honda components, not Biker Bling SKUs. Year-specific references are alternatives for their stated positions, not extra supplied parts or proof of an official supersession.
Materials and head style: The banjo bolt is stainless steel. The sealing washers are copper.
When should you replace these fixings?
- A joint has been opened: Renew the specified sealing washers as required by Honda’s procedure.
- Damaged hardware: Inspect worn heads, threads, washers and sealing faces.
- A leaking connection: Identify whether the cause is the bolt, washers, hose fitting or mating surface.
Replacement hardware cannot repair a damaged hose fitting or hydraulic component. Extra tightening is not a substitute for finding the cause.
Fitting information
- Use Honda’s procedure for the exact connection, including washer placement, tightening, hydraulic fluid and bleeding.
- Keep open connections clean and protect painted surfaces and friction components from fluid spills.
- The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate hydraulic banjo bolts or sealing washers. Follow the specified thread condition.
- Check every disturbed joint for leaks and confirm correct brake and clutch operation before riding. Have uncertain work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general background, read our guide to motorcycle banjo bolts and copper sealing washers. Honda’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
Customer questions
Can this connect two stacked hose fittings?
No. Select a bolt and washer arrangement specifically confirmed for a stacked double-banjo application.
Is this a bleed bolt?
No. A banjo bolt retains a hydraulic hose fitting; it does not replace a bleed bolt.
