Close OEM-style fit and appearance
The replacement bolts match the original fixing dimensions and head sizes for the four original carburettor tops and float bowls. Honda’s component diagram lists sixteen top-cover fixings and twelve float-bowl fixings. This kit is for the carburetted 1997–1998 Blackbird, not the fuel-injected 1999–2007 models.
These are Biker Bling aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded parts. Honda references identify the original components being replaced.

When should you replace these fixings?
Inspect the top-cover and float-bowl fixings during carburettor servicing. Replace rounded heads, damaged threads or missing hardware. New bolts cannot repair cracked castings, damaged diaphragms or failed seals.
Fitting information
Work in a clean, well-ventilated area away from ignition sources. Keep dirt and compounds out of fuel passages, and follow Honda’s carburettor removal, cover assembly and tightening instructions. Match top and bowl bolts to their correct positions; use compounds only where specified. Inspect disturbed fuel joints for leaks before operating the motorcycle.
