Stainless Steel Front Brake Reservoir Cap Bolt kit for CBR600F1 Hurricane

Replacement stainless steel reservoir cap bolts for the front brake reservoir on Honda CBR600F1 Hurricane 1987–1990. These fixings retain the lid; they do not replace hose banjo bolts, master-cylinder mounting bolts or bleed fittings.

What you receive

• 2x stainless steel front brake reservoir cap bolts.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Exclusions: Reservoirs, caps, diaphragms, fluid and master cylinders are not included. Check replacement or aftermarket lids against their own fixing requirements.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: For Honda CBR600F1 Hurricane 1987–1990 with the original component arrangement described above. Check aftermarket or modified components before ordering.
• Aftermarket parts: These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
• Product photographs: Generic photographs illustrate the supplied style. Use the contents list for this kit’s scope.

Original Honda part references

• 93600-04012-0G – original front brake reservoir cap fixing.

These references identify Honda’s original components, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied parts are aftermarket replacements. Match each replacement to its intended position; a shared part number does not establish suitability at other mounting points.

Supplied bolt material: A2 (304) stainless steel. The material grade alone does not establish mechanical-strength equivalence to Honda’s original hardware.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Rounded or corroded heads: Worn drive recesses can make reservoir access difficult.
• Missing or damaged bolts: Inspect the lid and threaded holes before fitting replacements.
• Fluid servicing: Check the cap, diaphragm and fixings whenever the reservoir is opened.

Fitting information

• Keep dirt, moisture and fitting compounds out of the open reservoir. Protect paintwork from brake-fluid spills.
• Seat the cap and diaphragm correctly, then follow Honda’s closing and tightening procedure. Do not guess a torque or use extra tightening to correct a leak.
• The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate reservoir cap bolts. Use compounds only where the relevant instructions specify them.
• Check that the cap is properly seated and secure, with no leakage. Have damaged or contaminated hydraulic components checked before riding.

Customer questions

Does this kit include the reservoir cap or diaphragm?

No. It contains the cap bolts and the anti-seize pack only. Reservoir bodies, lids, diaphragms and fluid are not supplied.

Will new bolts fix a leaking reservoir?

Not necessarily. Inspect the lid, diaphragm, sealing surfaces and fluid level. New fixings cannot repair a cracked reservoir or damaged seal.
