Stainless Steel Windscreen Bolt kit with Rubber Well Nuts for CBR600F3

Replacement large pan-head windscreen bolts and rubber well nuts for the screen-to-nose-cone fixing positions on Honda CBR600F3 1995–1998. This is a screen mounting kit, separate from a complete fairing bolt kit.

What you receive

• 6x large pan-head stainless steel windscreen bolts.
• 6x stainless steel washers.
• 6x rubber well nuts.
• 6x nylon washers.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Head style: Large pan heads measure 12 mm in diameter. This is the head measurement, not the thread size. Rubber well nuts and nylon washers retain their respective materials.

Exclusions: Windscreen, fairing panels and the complete fairing fixing kit are not included.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: For Honda CBR600F3 1995–1998 with the original component arrangement described above. Check aftermarket or modified components before ordering.
• Aftermarket parts: These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
• Product photographs: Generic photographs illustrate the supplied style. Use the contents list for this kit’s scope.

Original Honda part references

• 93894-05012-08 – original screen / upper-cowl fixing listed in the Honda diagram.

These Honda references identify the original mounting components. The supplied parts are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. Match the correct fixing to its original position; alternative year references do not mean additional bolts are supplied.

Supplied bolt material: A2 (304) stainless steel. The material grade alone does not establish mechanical-strength equivalence to Honda’s original hardware.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Worn well nuts: Cracked, hardened or loose rubber fittings may no longer grip securely.
• Corroded or damaged bolts: Worn heads and threads can make screen removal difficult.
• Missing washers: Check the support around the mounting holes; damaged or missing washers can increase localised stress.

Fitting information

• Align the screen and fairing holes and check that the mounting points are undamaged.
• Seat the rubber well nuts and supporting washers in their intended order. Avoid overtightening or stressing the plastic.
• Follow the motorcycle and screen manufacturer’s instructions. Use anti-seize only where appropriate, and inspect the mounting points if the screen remains loose or rattles.

For general background, read our guide to fitting motorcycle fairing bolts without damaging plastic panels. Honda’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
