Stainless Steel Clip-On Handlebar Clamp Bolt kit for CBR600F

This pair replaces the fixings securing the original left and right clip-on handlebars around the fork stanchions on Honda CBR600F 1999–2006. These are handlebar clamp bolts, separate from the fork-yoke pinch bolts and the brake, clutch or switchgear fixings.

What you receive

• 2x stainless steel handlebar-to-fork clamp bolts – 1x for each side.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

Exclusions: Handlebars, clamp assemblies, yoke bolts, switchgear fixings and control-clamp bolts are not supplied.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Corroded or rounded heads: Check fixings that are difficult to remove or refit.
• Damaged threads: Inspect the bolt and clamp threads together.
• A loose handlebar: Check the clamp, fork surface and seating rather than assuming a new bolt will cure the problem.

Fitting information

• Handlebar security affects steering. Follow Honda’s fastener specification, clamp positioning, thread condition and tightening procedure.
• Do not pull a misaligned clamp into place with a bolt. Use anti-seize or other compounds only where specified.
• Turn the steering fully both ways and check normal throttle return, lever operation and cable/hose clearance.
• Do not ride with a loose handlebar or damaged clamp. Have uncertain mountings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.

No. It contains only the two handlebar-to-fork clamp bolts and the anti-seize pack.

Will these fit aftermarket clip-ons or risers?

Check the component manufacturer’s mounting arrangement. Modified handlebars, risers or replacement clamps may require different fasteners.
