- Exclusions: Swingarm, rear axle, chain, sprockets and complete adjuster assemblies are not included.
Original Honda fixing references
| Original fixing position | Honda reference |
|---|---|
| Left and right chain-adjuster bolts | 90106-KS6-700, 90105-MEN-000 |
| Adjuster locknuts | 94050-08000, 90309-357-000 |
These references identify the original Honda fixings, not Biker Bling product codes. Where more than one reference is listed for a position, they describe original year or variant alternatives, not additional supplied bolts or an asserted supersession.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements: Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the original positions listed above. Match each to its intended location; the reference does not establish suitability at another mounting point.
Materials and head style: The replacement fasteners are A2 (304) stainless steel. Bolt heads may look different from Honda’s originals; see the product photographs.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Inspect seized or corroded adjuster hardware during chain maintenance.
- Replace damaged threads or worn tool faces after checking the receiving threads.
- Check adjusters when rear-wheel alignment cannot be maintained correctly.
Replacement hardware cannot repair cracked components, stripped mounting threads or an incorrectly seated assembly.
Fitting information
Follow Honda’s procedure for chain slack, rear-wheel alignment, adjuster locking and axle tightening. An adjuster bolt does not replace the axle-retaining hardware. Check the wheel is correctly aligned and secured, with the specified chain slack, before riding.
Use anti-seize or other thread treatments only where the applicable fitting instructions specify them; the included pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
For general background, read our guide to protecting aluminium mounting threads. Honda’s exact workshop procedure takes precedence.
Customer questions
Will new adjusters repair damaged swingarm threads?
No. Inspect the mounting threads and adjuster mechanism. Replacement bolts cannot repair stripped threads or a damaged swingarm.
Is the anti-seize pack included?
Yes. The kit includes 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g). Use it only where the applicable fitting instructions permit.
