Carburettor Top and Float Bowl Bolt Kit for Honda VFR750F

This bolt kit is for the external top covers and float bowls of the original four-carburettor assembly. It does not replace jets, mixture adjusters or carburettor synchronisation hardware. Browse the matching Honda VFR750F 1994–1997 fastener range.

What you receive

• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

• 12x A2 (304) stainless steel carburettor top-cover bolts.
• 12x A2 (304) stainless steel float-bowl bolts.

Keep the top and float-bowl fasteners matched to their locations. Replacement carburettors or modified covers may use different fittings.

Photographs may show generic bolt examples; use the contents list and fitting positions for the supplied kit.

Important fitment notes

• Compatibility: Listed for Honda VFR750F 1994–1997 with the original carburettor top-cover and float-bowl fixing positions.
• Verify before installing: Match the exact motorcycle, original components and fitting arrangement. Modified assemblies may need different fasteners.
• Aftermarket parts: These are model-specific aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
• Exclusions: Carburettors, gaskets, seals, diaphragms, jets, needles, mixture bolts and synchronisation adjusters are not included.

Original Honda part references

• 16080-MV4-000 — original carburettor cover / float bowl fixing reference; match the location.
• 16082-PH9-005 — original carburettor cover / float bowl fixing reference; match the location.

These references identify original Honda components, not Biker Bling product codes. Year-specific alternatives are not extra kit contents or proof of an official supersession. Match the original part and mounting position before fitting.

Model-specific aftermarket replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacements for the original carburettor top-cover and float-bowl fixing positions. The cross-reference does not establish suitability for unrelated mounting points.

Materials and head style: The supplied bolts are A2 (304) stainless steel. Their head appearance may differ from the originals.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Rounded bolt heads: Worn recesses can complicate carburettor servicing.
• Corrosion or damaged threads: Inspect the cover and bowl threads before reassembly.
• Cover removal: Check the fixings whenever the carburettors are serviced.

New bolts cannot repair a warped float bowl, damaged diaphragm, failed gasket or fuel leak caused by another component.

Fitting information

• Work with the engine cool in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources. Follow Honda’s fuel handling and carburettor service procedure.
• Keep dirt and fitting compounds out of the carburettors. Seat covers, diaphragms and float-bowl seals correctly.
• Start the correct bolts by hand and follow the specified tightening procedure. Do not use the bolts to pull a distorted cover into place.
• Check for fuel leaks and correct throttle operation before use. Have leaks or uncertain carburettor assembly checked by a qualified technician.

Customer questions

Are jets or adjustment bolts included?

No. This kit covers external top-cover and float-bowl fasteners only.

Do I need to disturb the carburettor adjustments?

Follow Honda’s procedure for the work being performed. Replacing cover bolts is not an instruction to alter mixture or synchronisation settings.
