Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacements for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their heads may look different from Triumph’s originals. Material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Damaged heads or recesses: Inspect worn fasteners that are difficult to remove or tighten correctly.
- Corroded or missing bolts: Check the complete yoke and axle-clamp arrangements before reassembly.
- Wheel or fork servicing: Inspect the bolts and clamp threads whenever the assembly is disturbed.
Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked yokes or axle holders, stripped threads or incorrectly seated fork and spindle components.
Fitting information
These bolts secure the fork legs and front axle clamping positions. Support the motorcycle securely and follow Triumph’s workshop procedures for fork height, yoke alignment, spindle seating, tightening order and torque at each location. A shared original fixing reference does not mean every location uses the same tightening procedure. Start the correct bolts by hand and do not pull a misaligned assembly into place with a bolt. Follow the specified thread condition and use compounds only where required. Confirm secure assembly, correct wheel alignment and rotation, free steering movement and normal brake operation before riding. Have uncertain or damaged mountings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general guidance, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
