Engine Casing Cover Bolt Kit for Daytona 1200

33x stainless steel replacement bolts for the four engine casing groups shown in the listing drawing. The allocation covers the two right-side casing groups and two left-side casing groups, with individual original references listed below. Designed for the Triumph Daytona 1200 1992–1997.

Original Triumph fixing references

The four illustrated groups contain 12x, 7x, 8x and 6x bolts respectively, giving 33x bolts in total. Where a row lists more than one original reference, the quantity applies to the row as a whole, not to each reference separately.

Important fitment notes

• For Triumph Daytona 1200 1992–1997 with the original engine casing covers shown in the listing drawing.
• Check the exact motorcycle and original components before fitting. Aftermarket or modified assemblies may require different hardware.
• Engine covers, sprocket cover, gaskets, seals, locating dowels, drain plugs and internal engine components are not included. This is a casing-cover fixing kit, not an engine mounting or internal engine bolt kit.

Model-specific aftermarket replacements

Biker Bling selects these replacements for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.

Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their heads may look different from Triumph’s originals. Material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Damaged bolt heads: Inspect corroded heads or worn drive recesses when covers are removed.
• Worn threads: Replace damaged hardware and check the engine mounting threads.
• Cover servicing: Keep the bolts separated by their original cover group during maintenance.

New bolts cannot repair a cracked cover, damaged sealing face or stripped engine thread. A leaking cover also needs its gasket, seals and mating faces checked.

Bolt count: The bolt total excludes the separately supplied anti-seize pack and any separately listed sealing washers.

Fitting information

After assembly: Check the relevant oil or coolant levels and inspect disturbed covers for leaks, following Triumph’s workshop procedure for the work carried out.

Match each replacement to its original location and drawing group. The kit contains several different cover fixings; do not treat them as interchangeable. Align covers and renew gaskets or seals as required by Triumph’s workshop instructions. Start bolts by hand and follow the specified tightening order, torque and thread condition. Do not pull a misaligned cover into place with a bolt. Use anti-seize only where appropriate for the specified procedure, and inspect disturbed joints for leaks after assembly.
