Replacement hardware cannot repair cracked components, stripped threads or damaged mounting faces. Identify the cause of looseness or leakage before refitting.

Fitting information

Inspect the original mounting holes and select the correct rubber well nut for each listed position. Follow Triumph’s fitting instructions and use sound, correctly matched bolts and supporting parts. Do not overtighten or force a distorted fitting into a damaged hole. Use fitting compounds only where appropriate for the materials and specified procedure. Confirm the disturbed screen or air-intake mounting is secure before use.
