Engine casing cover bolts for Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer 2022–2026
This model-specific kit supplies stainless steel replacement bolts for the original clutch, crank, balancer, alternator and sump casing positions on the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer 2022–2026. The table identifies the supplied quantities and original Triumph fixing references.
What you receive
- 54x stainless steel engine casing cover bolts.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
| Fitting position / component | Quantity | Original Triumph reference | Diagram item |

| Alternator cover bolt group | 12x | T3205102 | 23 |

Model-specific engine cover fixings
Keep the clutch cover bolts, crank cover bolts, balancer cover bolts and sump casing bolts organised by their intended fitting positions. Read our guide to generic versus model-specific motorcycle bolt kits when comparing supplied references, quantities and fitting positions. This is an external engine cover bolt kit; it does not replace the structural bolts joining the crankcase halves.

Important fitment notes
- Compatibility: Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer 2022–2026, with the original 1160cc casing arrangement. Check the exact model, VIN and original covers before ordering.
- Modified components: Aftermarket covers or protective accessories may need different hardware.
- Materials: Replacement bolts are stainless steel; any listed sealing washer is copper. Material alone does not establish mechanical-strength equivalence. Hardware photographs may be generic.
- Not included: Covers, gaskets, seals, dowels, drain plugs, breather-cover bolts, coolant-return elbow bolts, internal oil/water-pump fixings, structural crankcase bolts, decorative badge fixings and separate cable-bracket hardware.
When should you replace engine casing bolts?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect the fixings before cover servicing.
- Damaged threads or missing bolts: Check both the bolt and its mounting threads.
- Engine-cover maintenance: Keep each fixing with its original location.
Replacement bolts cannot repair stripped threads, cracked covers or damaged sealing faces.
Fitting information
- Correct location: Match each replacement to the original position and start it by hand. Do not pull a misaligned cover into place with a bolt.
- Sealing: Follow Triumph’s gasket, seal and copper-washer requirements when disturbing a joint.
- Torque and thread condition: Follow the exact workshop tightening sequence, torque and thread-treatment instructions. The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing; lubricants change the torque-to-clamping-force relationship.
- Final checks: Restore the specified oil and coolant levels where disturbed, inspect for leaks and confirm secure assembly before riding. Have uncertain work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
