Important fitment notes
- Compatibility: For Triumph Trophy 1200 1995–2003 with the matching original mounting arrangement.
- For the original Trophy 900/1200 fork and yoke arrangements appropriate to this model. Triumph lists T3051032 and T3050073 across VIN-specific diagrams; they identify alternative original references for the same listed mounting allocation, not extra supplied bolts. Match the original assembly if forks or yokes have been replaced.
- Check before ordering: Match the original assembly and fixing references, especially if components have been modified or replaced.
- Exclusions: Yokes, fork legs, steering stem nuts, handlebar mounting bolts and front axle pinch bolts are not included.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the original positions identified in the table. The Triumph references identify the original hardware being replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket components, not genuine Triumph-branded parts.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their heads may look different from Triumph’s originals. Stainless steel describes the material; it does not by itself establish equivalent mechanical strength.
The photographs are generic examples of the supplied hardware style. Refer to the contents table for the actual kit quantity and mounting allocation; pictured assemblies are not included.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect worn hardware before removal and refitting.
- Damaged threads or missing bolts: Check the original mounting threads and supporting components before replacing a fixing.
- During component servicing: Keep each bolt group with its original position and inspect the mounting faces before reassembly.
New bolts cannot repair cracked yokes, stripped threads or incorrectly seated fork legs.
Fitting information
Follow Triumph’s workshop procedure for fork position, replacement fastener specification, tightening order, torque and thread condition at each yoke. Do not assume the upper and lower positions use the same bolt or torque. Start the correct bolts by hand and never use one to pull a misaligned assembly into position. Use compounds only where specified. Confirm fork and wheel alignment and free steering movement before riding; have uncertain mountings inspected by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general background, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
