Important fitment notes
- For the original TT600 upper and lower steering-yoke clamps. This listing covers verified 2000–2002 models and does not include front axle pinch bolts, fork protector hardware or handlebar clamps.
- Check the exact motorcycle and original assembly. Aftermarket or modified components may require different hardware.
- Yokes, forks, steering stem nuts, handlebars, handlebar clamp bolts and front axle pinch bolts are not included.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects replacement fasteners for the listed original mounting positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their head appearance may differ from the originals. Stainless material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
Photographs illustrate the hardware style and may be generic. The contents table defines the supplied quantities; pictured assemblies are not included.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Damaged heads or threads: Inspect the bolts and clamp threads before reassembly.
- Corroded or missing hardware: Restore the correct fixing arrangement at both yokes.
- Fork servicing: Check the clamping faces and fasteners whenever the forks are removed.
Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked yokes, stripped clamp threads or incorrectly seated fork legs.
Fitting information
These bolts clamp the fork legs within the steering yokes. Follow Triumph’s procedure for fork position, fastener specification, tightening order, torque and thread condition at each yoke. Match top and bottom bolt groups to their intended positions; do not assume the same tightening procedure applies to both. Do not pull a misaligned fork or clamp into place with a bolt. Use compounds only where specified. Check alignment, secure assembly and free steering movement before riding. Have damaged or uncertain mountings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general guidance, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
Customer questions
Are handlebar clamp bolts included?
No. This kit contains 2x top-yoke and 4x bottom-yoke pinch bolts, plus one anti-seize compound pack (7 g). Handlebar and axle clamp bolts are separate.
Can all six bolts be treated as interchangeable?
Match each bolt to its listed original position and follow the workshop procedure for that clamp. A shared reference does not establish a shared tightening procedure.
