Important fitment notes
- Compatibility: For Triumph TT600 2000–2002 with the matching original mounting arrangement.
- Check before ordering: Match the original assembly and fixing references, especially if components have been modified or replaced.
- Exclusions: Fork protectors, brackets, supporting nuts, fork legs, front axle pinch bolts and brake components are not included.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the original positions identified in the table. The Triumph references identify the original hardware being replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket components, not genuine Triumph-branded parts.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their heads may look different from Triumph’s originals. Stainless steel describes the material; it does not by itself establish equivalent mechanical strength.
The photographs are generic examples of the supplied hardware style. Refer to the contents table for the actual kit quantity and mounting allocation; pictured assemblies are not included.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect worn hardware before removal and refitting.
- Damaged threads or missing bolts: Check the original mounting threads and supporting components before replacing a fixing.
- During component servicing: Keep each bolt group with its original position and inspect the mounting faces before reassembly.
Replacement bolts cannot repair a cracked protector, distorted bracket or stripped mounting thread.
Fitting information
Align each original protector and start its replacement bolt by hand. Follow Triumph’s specified supporting hardware, tightening and thread treatment. Avoid stressing plastic parts or using a bolt to pull a distorted protector into place. Check clearance to the wheel, brake hoses and moving suspension before riding.
For general background, read our stainless steel motorcycle bolt fitting guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
