Replacement hardware cannot repair cracked components, stripped threads or distorted mounting faces. Identify the cause of looseness or leakage before reassembly.

Fitting information

Handlebar security affects steering. Follow Triumph’s handlebar position, clamp orientation, gap, fastener and tightening instructions. Start each bolt by hand and do not pull a misaligned clamp into place with a bolt. Use compounds only where specified. Check the handlebar is secure, steering moves fully in both directions, cables and hoses are clear, and the throttle returns normally before riding.
