Bar-End / Handlebar End Weight Bolt Kit for Bonneville & T100

2x stainless steel replacement bolts retaining the original external handlebar end weights, with 1x fixing for each side. Also described as bar-end retaining bolts, they secure the weights rather than the handlebars themselves. Designed for the Triumph Bonneville & T100 2002–2008 (Carbs).

• For Triumph Bonneville & T100 2002–2008 carburettor models with the original external handlebar weights shown in the listing drawing.
• Check the exact model and original components before installation. Aftermarket or modified assemblies may require different hardware.
• Bar-end weights, internal mounting assemblies, rubbers, retaining parts, handguards and mirrors are not included. These are not handlebar clamp or steering-yoke bolts.
• Photographs illustrate the hardware and fitting positions. The contents table defines the actual supplied quantities.

Biker Bling selects these replacements for the listed original fixing positions. The Triumph references identify the original components replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components.

Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their appearance may differ from the originals. Material alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.

When should you replace these fixings?

• Corroded or marked heads: Inspect the bolts when a weight is removed.
• Worn drive recesses or threads: Check the retaining arrangement before refitting.
• Missing hardware: Make sure each weight and its internal mounting parts are complete.

A loose weight can also indicate worn or damaged internal mounting parts. New bolts alone may not resolve that fault.

Fitting information

Match each replacement to its original side and follow Triumph’s tightening and thread-treatment instructions. Use anti-seize or threadlocker only where specified. Confirm both weights are secure and that the right-hand weight does not restrict throttle movement or its return throughout steering movement. Aftermarket mirrors, handguards or replacement weights may need different hardware.

No. This kit includes 2x replacement bolts and one anti-seize compound pack (7 g). Weights and internal mounting parts are separate.

Will these fit aftermarket bar-end mirrors?

Check the mirror manufacturer’s fitting arrangement. A mirror using its own expansion fitting or replacement weight may need different bolts.
