Handlebar-to-Yoke Clamp bolt kit for Honda CB500F

This model-specific kit supplies replacement bolts for the original upper handlebar clamps on the top yoke on the Honda CB500F 2016–2018. Use the fixings only at their intended mounting positions.

When should you replace these bolts?

• Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect worn drive recesses before removal and refitting.
• Damaged threads or missing fixings: Check the bolt and mating threads before assembly.
• During servicing: Inspect the relevant mounting points while accessible.

Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked components, stripped threads or incorrectly seated assemblies.

Fitting information

Position and seat the original holders correctly, then follow Honda’s clamp alignment, tightening order, thread condition and torque instructions. Check handlebar security, throttle return and cable/hose clearance from lock to lock before riding.

Use fitting compounds only where the applicable procedure specifies them. The included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
