Important fitment notes
- Compatibility: For Triumph Tiger 955i 2001–2006 with the matching original mounting arrangement.
- For the original Tiger 955i yokes and handlebar clamps shown on both sides of the VIN 198875 fork change. Front axle pinch bolts are separate and are not included. The kit supplies four upper handlebar clamp bolts only. Lower riser bolts, supporting parts and steering-yoke fixings are excluded.
- Check before ordering: Match the original assembly and fixing references, especially if components have been modified or replaced.
- Exclusions: Handlebars, clamp or riser assemblies, supporting bushes, top/bottom yoke pinch bolts, bar-end weights and brake/clutch control-clamp hardware are not included.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects these replacement fasteners for the original positions identified in the table. The Triumph references identify the original hardware being replaced, not Biker Bling product codes. These are aftermarket components, not genuine Triumph-branded parts.
Materials and appearance: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their heads may look different from Triumph’s originals. Stainless steel describes the material; it does not by itself establish equivalent mechanical strength.
The photographs are generic examples of the supplied hardware style. Refer to the contents table for the actual kit quantity and mounting allocation; pictured assemblies are not included.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect worn hardware before removal and refitting.
- Damaged threads or missing bolts: Check the original mounting threads and supporting components before replacing a fixing.
- During component servicing: Keep each bolt group with its original position and inspect the mounting faces before reassembly.
New bolts cannot repair a cracked clamp, damaged riser bush, stripped mounting thread or incorrectly seated handlebar.
Fitting information
Handlebar security affects steering. Follow Triumph’s exact instructions for the replacement fastener specification, clamp seating, tightening and thread condition. Do not use a bolt to force a misaligned assembly into place. Use anti-seize or threadlocker only where specified for that fixing. After fitting, check handlebar security, full steering movement, cable and hose clearance and normal throttle return. Have a loose or damaged mounting inspected before riding.
For general background, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
