Rear passenger grab rail bolts for the Aprilia Pegaso 600
These replacement bolts secure the rear passenger grab rail at its existing mounting points on the Aprilia Pegaso 600 (1990–1996). The grab rail is a passenger handhold, so its mounting points need to be sound and securely fastened.
What is included?
- 304 (A2) stainless steel replacement bolts for the rear grab rail mounting positions.
This is a bolt kit only; the grab rail and other rear bodywork components are not included. Use these fixings only in their intended rear grab-rail mounting positions.
When should you replace grab rail bolts?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Worn drives can make the rail difficult to remove or refit securely.
- Loose or missing fixings: Check the rail and each mounting point before it is used as a passenger handhold.
- Rear bodywork maintenance: Inspect fasteners and mounting points whenever the rail is removed.
New bolts cannot repair damaged mounting threads, a cracked grab rail or other worn components.
Fitting and safety
Align the grab rail and start the bolts by hand; never use the bolts to pull a misaligned rail into place. Follow Aprilia’s model-specific service instructions for the fastener specification and tightening procedure, and check the rail is secure before carrying a passenger. If the rail or its mounts are damaged, seek a qualified motorcycle technician. See our motorcycle bolt fitting guide for general fitting precautions.
Aftermarket material: The replacement bolts are 304 (A2) stainless steel, not genuine Aprilia hardware. Stainless material alone does not establish equivalence to every original mechanical specification.
