Copper washers for the SC33 brake banjo fittings
This ten-piece pack provides replacement copper washers for the brake-line banjo connections on the Honda CBR900RR CBR919RR SC33 1996–1999. It contains washers only: no banjo bolts, brake hoses or hydraulic components.
What you receive
- 10x copper brake-banjo sealing washers.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
The washer count is the supplied kit quantity. Copper washers are not stainless steel. The anti-seize is a standard extra; do not apply it to banjo threads or sealing faces.
Original Honda fixing references
| Fitting position / component | Supplied quantity | Original Honda fixing reference |
|---|---|---|
| Matching brake banjo sealing positions | 10x | 90545-300-000 |
These numbers identify the original Honda fixing positions, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied kit contains aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. Year-specific references describe alternatives for their stated years, not additional supplied parts.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects these aftermarket copper washers for the SC33 brake-line banjo sealing positions, with the critical fitting dimensions matched to the original Honda washer locations. They are not genuine Honda components.
When to replace banjo washers
Use new sealing washers when a brake-line banjo joint has been dismantled, or when existing washers are marked, flattened unevenly or suspected of leaking. A washer kit will not repair a damaged banjo face, hose fitting or threaded port.
Fitting brake-line washers
Brake hydraulics require careful, clean assembly. Fit the correct washer arrangement at each connection and follow Honda’s instructions for brake-line routing, fastener specification and tightening. Bleed the system as required and check every joint for leaks before riding. If you are not confident working on the brakes, use a qualified motorcycle technician. See our motorcycle banjo bolt guide for general information.
Customer questions
Are banjo bolts included?
No. This is a copper sealing washer kit with a separate anti-seize pack; bolts and hydraulic components are not included.
Where should I use the anti-seize compound?
Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
