Brake, clutch and switchgear clamp bolts for Honda CBR900RR CBR919RR SC33 1996–1999

This eight-bolt kit covers the original front brake master-cylinder holder, clutch-lever holder and left/right switchgear housings. The different fasteners are selected for their own positions; they are not eight interchangeable bolts.

Original Honda fixing references

These references identify the original Honda fixings, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied fasteners are aftermarket replacements. Controls, lever pivot bolts, banjo bolts, handlebar-to-fork bolts and yoke pinch bolts are not included.

When should you replace control fixings?

• Inspect rounded drive recesses and corroded or damaged threads.
• Check clamp faces, locating features and the housing if a control is loose.
• Replacement bolts cannot repair a cracked housing, damaged bracket or stripped thread.

Fitting the handlebar controls

Follow Honda’s procedure for the individual mounting position, alignment, thread condition, tightening order and torque. Keep wiring clear and do not force the housings together. Use anti-seize only where specified. Before riding, check brake and clutch operation, throttle return, switches and cable/hose clearance at both steering locks.

Are lever pivot or banjo bolts included?

No. This kit covers the listed control holders and switchgear housing fixings, not the lever pivots or hydraulic connections.

Where should I use the anti-seize compound?

Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
