Handlebar end bolts for the Honda CBR900RR CBR919RR SC33

This pair replaces the original bolts that secure the left and right handlebar end weights on the Honda CBR900RR CBR919RR SC33 1996–1999. It is for the handlebar ends, not the clip-on-to-fork clamps or switchgear.

What you receive

• 2x A2 (304) stainless steel handlebar end bolts, one for each side.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

The handlebar weights and handlebars are not included.

Model-specific OEM replacements: These aftermarket bolts are selected for the SC33 handlebar-end positions, with critical fitting dimensions matched to the original Honda fixings. They are not genuine Honda parts.

Head style and materials: The pair is made from A2 (304) stainless steel. The supplied heads may look different from Honda’s originals.

When to replace handlebar end bolts

• Replace a bolt with a rounded drive recess, visible corrosion or damaged threads.
• Check the handlebar weight and its internal mounting if an end weight moves or will not seat securely.

A new bolt cannot repair a damaged handlebar, loose insert or worn handlebar weight.

Fitting the handlebar end weights

Start each bolt by hand and make sure the weight sits squarely against the handlebar end. Follow Honda’s workshop instructions for the specified fastener treatment and tightening. After fitting, check that both end weights are secure and that the throttle turns and returns freely. Customer questions

Are the handlebar weights supplied?

No. This kit supplies the external retaining bolts and the separate anti-seize pack. Existing weights and internal mountings must be sound.

Where should I use the anti-seize compound?

Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
