These replacement copper crush washers match the original washer dimensions for the listed hydraulic fittings. The kit allocation is two washers at each of the seven listed single-banjo joints. It does not supply every washer throughout the linked braking system.

When should you replace these fixings?
Inspect damaged heads, threads, hose fittings and sealing faces when a joint is serviced. Renew sealing washers as Honda specifies when opening a connection. Replacement hardware cannot repair damaged hydraulic components.

Follow Honda’s procedure for the exact connection, including the specified fastener, washer arrangement, tightening, hydraulic fluid and bleeding. Keep the open system clean and protect paintwork from fluid spills. The anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate hydraulic connections. Check for leaks and confirm correct brake and clutch operation before riding. Have uncertain work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
