Single brake banjo bolt and sealing washer pack
This kit renews one compatible original brake-line banjo fastening on the Honda CBR900RR (893) SC28 1992–1995. It is for one connection only, not for all front and rear banjo positions. Check the original fitting before ordering, especially on motorcycles with modified brake hoses.
What you receive
- 1x A2 (304) stainless steel brake banjo bolt.
- 2x copper brake banjo sealing washers.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
One banjo connection is covered. Brake hoses, hydraulic unions, callipers, master cylinders and other banjo bolts are not supplied.

Original Honda fixing references
| Fitting position / component | Supplied quantity | Original Honda fixing reference |
|---|---|---|
| One matching single-banjo hose connection | 1x | 90145-MS9-612 |
| Copper sealing washers for that connection | 2x | 90545-300-000 |
These numbers identify the original Honda fixing positions, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied kit contains aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. Year-specific references describe alternatives for their stated years, not additional supplied parts.
Model-specific aftermarket parts and head style: This is an aftermarket A2 (304) stainless steel bolt supplied with copper washers, not genuine Honda hardware. The original Honda reference does not prove every banjo connection is identical. Verify the required replacement mechanical specification and fluid passage before fitting; head style may differ from the original.
When should you replace a banjo bolt or washers?
- A hydraulic joint is opened: Fit new sealing washers where Honda requires them during brake-line service.
- The original bolt is corroded or damaged: Inspect the drive, thread, sealing faces and fluid opening rather than reusing questionable hardware.
- Fluid appears around the joint: A leak can also be caused by washer damage, an incorrectly seated hose or a damaged hydraulic port.
New bolts cannot repair a cracked hose fitting, damaged master-cylinder port or distorted sealing surface.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacement fasteners and fittings for the listed brake-hose banjo connection positions on the Honda CBR900RR (893) SC28 1992–1995, rather than supplying a generic assortment. The critical fitting dimensions match the original Honda fixings for those intended positions. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
Fitting a single brake-line banjo connection
Important: Follow Honda’s workshop manual for this exact brake connection, including the correct bolt specification, the two washer positions, tightening and circuit bleeding. Keep brake fluid off paint and friction surfaces, and do not guess a torque value. Our guide to motorcycle banjo bolts and copper washers and motorcycle bolt strength grades guide give general background only.
Before riding: Confirm the union is secure and does not leak under normal brake pressure, and test for normal brake feel. If the fitting is uncertain, the joint seeps or the brake behaves abnormally, stop and seek qualified motorcycle brake-system assistance.
Customer questions
Can this connect two stacked hose fittings?
No. Select a bolt and washer arrangement specifically confirmed for a double-banjo connection.
Where should I use the anti-seize compound?
Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
