Model-specific aftermarket replacements: Biker Bling supplies these replacement bolts for the brake-line connections listed above. They are aftermarket parts, not genuine Honda components.
Materials: The five bolts are A2 (304) stainless steel. The ten sealing washers are copper.
When should you replace these brake-line fixings?
- During brake-line replacement or service: Renew the sealing washers whenever a joint is opened, as directed by Honda.
- If a bolt is corroded or damaged: Check the head, thread and hose fitting before reassembly.
- If brake fluid appears at a joint: Inspect the washers and mating surfaces and identify the cause before riding.
A replacement bolt cannot repair a damaged brake hose, fitting or master-cylinder or calliper thread.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacement fasteners and fittings for the listed brake-hose banjo connection positions on the Honda CBR600RR 2003–2006, rather than supplying a generic assortment. The critical fitting dimensions match the original Honda fixings for those intended positions. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
Fitting the brake banjo bolts
Brake-line connections are safety-critical. Route each hose without twisting or pulling it, seat the fittings correctly and follow Honda’s workshop procedure for the specified fasteners and tightening sequence. Do not guess a torque value. Keep brake fluid off painted surfaces and friction components. After opening the hydraulic system, bleed it as directed and check each joint for leaks while confirming firm brake operation. Do not ride if there is a leak or the brake does not operate normally.

Customer questions
Does this include replacement brake hoses?
No. Only the listed banjo bolts, sealing washers and separate anti-seize pack are supplied.
Where should I use the anti-seize compound?
Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
