Copper brake banjo washers for Honda CBR600RR

This 10-piece washer kit is for the front and rear brake banjo-bolt connections on the Honda CBR600RR 2003–2006. The copper washers sit either side of a brake-line banjo fitting to seal the connection when it is secured.

These are aftermarket replacement washers selected for the original brake-line positions. They are not genuine Honda parts.

When should you replace the washers?

Renew the sealing washers when a brake-line banjo connection is dismantled, or if a washer is damaged, badly marked or associated with a leak. A washer cannot correct a damaged hose fitting, sealing face or threaded mounting.

Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects these copper sealing washers for the original brake-hose banjo sealing positions on the Honda CBR600RR 2003–2006, rather than supplying a generic washer assortment. They are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda components.

Fitting the brake banjo washers

Brake hoses are part of the hydraulic braking system. Use the correct washer at each side of the banjo fitting, keep the mating faces clean and follow the Honda workshop procedure for tightening and bleeding the brakes. Do not guess the tightening specification.

After assembly, check fluid level and brake operation, then inspect every disturbed joint carefully for leaks. Do not ride if a connection leaks or the brake lever or pedal does not feel firm. Are banjo bolts included?

No. This is a copper sealing washer kit with a separate anti-seize pack; bolts and hydraulic components are not included.

Where should I use the anti-seize compound?

Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
