These numbers identify the original Honda fixing positions, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied kit contains aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. Year-specific references describe alternatives for their stated years, not additional supplied parts.
When to replace the washers
Copper sealing washers are normally renewed when a banjo connection is dismantled. Replace any washer that is damaged, distorted or has already been used in a joint. A fresh washer cannot correct a scratched sealing face, damaged thread or faulty hose fitting.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacement fasteners and fittings for the listed brake-hose banjo connection positions on the Honda CBR600RR 2009–2012, rather than supplying a generic assortment. The critical fitting dimensions match the original Honda fixings for those intended positions. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
Fitting brake-line washers
Brake hydraulics are safety-critical. Fit the washers in the positions shown in Honda’s workshop procedure, then bleed and inspect the system as required. Do not guess tightening figures. Before riding, check carefully for leaks and confirm correct brake operation. If a connection will not seal or its threads are damaged, have it inspected by a qualified motorcycle technician.
Customer questions
Are banjo bolts included?
No. This is a copper sealing washer kit with a separate anti-seize pack; bolts and hydraulic components are not included.
Where should I use the anti-seize compound?
Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
